White County Sheriff's Office Hosts Self-Defense Class for MedLink-Cleveland Staff

Members of the White County Sheriff's Office recently spent the morning helping local healthcare professionals build confidence and learn practical self-defense skills.

On Saturday, July 25, Sgt. LeCompte and Deputy Sabella hosted a mini self-defense course for employees at MedLink-Cleveland. The hands-on training focused on practical techniques designed to increase personal safety while preparing participants to respond confidently in unexpected situations.

The White County Sheriff's Office thanked MedLink-Cleveland for inviting them to lead the training and for placing their trust in the agency.

"We appreciate every opportunity to educate our community and help prepare for the unexpected," the Sheriff's Office said.
