Two Arrested In White County Traffic Stop

White Co. - On Friday, September, 13, at approximately 02:04 a.m., White County Sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop on Hwy 129 in the area of Poppy Dr.

The traffic stop resulted in the seizure of approximately 1112 grams of methamphetamine and less than one ounce of marijuana. The estimated street value of the drugs is $ 120,000. 

Warren Sanders, 55 years old, and Ateela McClain, 33 years old, of Tennessee, were arrested and transported to the White County Sherriff’s Office. The two were charged with trafficking methamphetamine and possession of marijuana less than one ounce.
