Habersham Co. - Early morning rain has resulted in dangerous driving conditions, causing two accidents in the area this morning.
Habersham County Emergency Services Director Chad Black tells WCHM, "we had two calls. First call came in around 7:30 this morning for a motor vehicle accident with possible injuries."
Emergency personnel was dispatched to Ga 365 and Duncan Bridge.
Black says that "Baldwin Station 4 and Med 12 responded."
According to Black, one of Baldwin's full-time firefighter was either leaving work or headed to work and "arrived on scene and said he had two motor vehicle accidents."
Black goes on to say that "about that time, dispatch was receiving a second call."
The second call was for Ga 365 and Kudzu Hills.
Black says that the second call came in as "a motor vehicle accident with entrapment."
No injuries were reported in the Duncan Bridge accident and one minor injury was reported for the Kudzu Hill accident.
