Bibb Co. - On October 4, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Deputies arrested four subjects for theft of a vehicle and entering autos.
According to a media release by Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, “Deputies responded to the Rent-A-Center, 1459 Eisenhower Parkway, regarding locating a stolen Ford F-150 truck. When deputies arrived the owner of the stolen vehicle gave them information that the suspects that stole the truck were staying at the InTown Suites Extended Stay hotel.”
Multiple people were found in room 127, InTown Suites by deputies who also discovered that there was evidence in the room from multiple entering auto cases. Deputies detained all the subjects that were in the room and Investigators were notified and responded.
21-year-old Noah Alexander Anderson, a 26-year-old Stephanie Nicole Loy, 29-year-old Brandon Michael Loy, and 32-year-old Omar Gilliam-Agustine were arrested on scene.
Anderson was taken to the Bibb County Jail and charged with Theft by Taking Auto; five counts of Entering Auto and he had a warrant out of Houston County. He is being held on a $15,175.00 bond at this time.
Stephanie Loy was taken to the Bibb County Jail and charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Auto. She is being held on a $2,125.00 bond at this time.
Gilliam-Agustine was taken to the Bibb County Jail and charged with Theft by Taking Auto and five counts of Entering Auto. He is being held on a $15,175.00 bond at this time.
Brandon Loy was taken to the Bibb County Jail on a warrant from the Habersham County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO).
According to HCSO, Loy had a warrant for a probation violation. According to arrest records, he was arrested on April 20, 2018, for probation violation.
Loy was picked up from Bibb County and is being held without bond at the Habersham County Sheriff’s Office since Saturday, Oct. 5.
