Habersham Co. - Habersham Electric Membership Corp. is in search of someone to fill their vacant CEO position.
According to Nicole Dover, HEMC’s spokeswoman, a statement was published on their site “to inform personnel” of this change that took effect yesterday, Sept. 11.
“The Board of Directors of Habersham EMC announces that Bradley Hicks is no longer serving as CEO of the co-op effective September 11, 2019. HEMC Board of Directors and its dedicated employees assure its members that services provided by the co-op will continue without interruption. The Board will immediately begin the search process to employ a CEO for the co-op.”
The reason for his departure are still not immediately clear. HEMC spokeswoman Nicole Dover said details of personnel matters cannot be disclosed.
