Sawyer Brown Concert in Cornelia Rescheduled

The Cornelia Hospitality & Tourism Board has rescheduled the Sawyer Brown Concert for Friday, August 28, beginning at 5 p.m. The concert will be held at 301 South Main Street in Cornelia, Georgia.

Linda Anderson, Cornelia Hospitality & Tourism Board President said, “Due to the Coronavirus and concerns for the public’s well being, the Cornelia Summer Concert featuring Sawyer Brown has been rescheduled to August 28th. The Cornelia Hospitality & Tourism Board wants to make sure the concert is a safe environment so everyone enjoys it and feels comfortable.”

Opening acts include Shyanne Rinefierd, Ethan Phillips, and Steve Phillips and the Midnight Express. The concert is free to attend, food & beverage vendors will be on site. Remember to bring your lawn chairs since it is open seating.

Jessie Owensby, Cornelia Community Development Manager noted, “We are in uncharted waters. We are so thankful that all of our acts, including Sawyer Brown, were even available for the rescheduled date. We will be excited to have people back in our downtown.”
